We’ll be having a better selection this weekend at the Mankato Farmers’ Market. Unfortunately our opening day last Saturday saw cold and rainy conditions. The weather kept a few vendors away and several were sick. The weather forecast is looking better this week. Rest assured your favorite spring veggies will be arriving soon, they are just taking a bit longer this year. We hope to see you all at the market this Saturday, we will be open for business from 8:00 am until noon!
